十月稻田集团股份有限公司（09676）于2026年2月10日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日回购H股股份450,000股，占回购前已发行股本的0.0424%，回购价格区间介乎每股港币9.04元至港币8.81元，累计成交金额约港币403.16万元。
本次交易完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持1,068,153,150股，其中1,060,102,050股为流通在外股份，库存股数量增至8,051,100股。此次回购依据2025年6月26日通过的回购授权进行，授权回购上限为42,181,943股。截至目前，累积购回8,051,100股，占授权当日公司已发行股份总数的1.9087%。
公司确认本次回购符合《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》等相关规定。公告由联席公司秘书陈华签署。
