On October 25, 2025, Jiangsu GUOFUHEE Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as “GUOFUHEE”) (02582) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with PT. Batam Teknogi Gas (referred to as “PT. BTG”) in Singapore. The collaboration will focus on the hydrogen sector across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, promoting regional low-carbon economic development and supporting the realization of carbon neutrality goals through industrial synergy. Founded by entrepreneur Hendri, PT. BTG is a leading provider of industrial and medical gas solutions on Batam Island, holding multiple international ISO certifications. With years of experience in gas absorption and transportation in Indonesia and established resources in Malaysia, PT. BTG is equipped to support GUOFUHEE's liquid hydrogen services to meet local demand in Singapore.

The “Smart Nation 2025” initiative in Singapore aims to establish a computing power hub in the Asia-Pacific region by 2030. This includes setting a strict admission mechanism for data centers through pilot projects like DC-CFA, which requires companies to submit new energy supply proposals. The “green hydrogen + green electricity” model has become a focal point in the market. Leveraging PT. BTG's resources, GUOFUHEE plans to build a market model that integrates cross-regional green hydrogen supply chains, modular hydrogen power generation, and AI intelligent energy efficiency management, accurately responding to the demand for green energy in computing infrastructure.

As a comprehensive solution provider for China's hydrogen equipment industry, GUOFUHEE possesses core capabilities in hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and application. The company has previously made significant inroads into Singapore and Malaysia with joint ventures to build green hydrogen refueling stations and signed liquid hydrogen projects in Malaysia, laying the groundwork for regional hydrogen cooperation.

According to the agreement, this partnership will center on liquid hydrogen absorption and cross-regional distribution, while simultaneously advancing multi-dimensional cooperation. PT. BTG will take on the distribution responsibilities for the liquid hydrogen plant. After production starts, a portion of the liquid hydrogen supply will be utilized at local refueling stations in Malaysia, with the remaining supply being distributed by PT. BTG across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore to create a stable absorption network. Both parties will jointly invest in building a hydrogen plant in Indonesia. Additionally, PT. BTG will procure core equipment from GUOFUHEE, such as liquid hydrogen transport tanks and complete refueling station equipment, providing hardware support for the absorption network. This contract marks an important step for GUOFUHEE in expanding its hydrogen market in Southeast Asia. In the future, both parties aim to deepen their collaboration based on this agreement, helping Southeast Asia develop a low-carbon energy system and promote high-quality growth of the cross-regional hydrogen industry.
