KPa-BM Holdings Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its FY2026 Annual Report, the accompanying circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form are now available on both the company’s website (www.kpa-bm.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews portal.

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed copies will receive the documents by post. Those encountering difficulties with email notification or website access, or who now prefer hard-copy materials, may complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar—Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong—or submit the request via email to 2663-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

KPa-BM reminds shareholders to provide and maintain a functional email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic notices of publication and any future actionable corporate communications. In the absence of a valid email address, the company will continue to send such notices and documents in printed form until updated contact details are supplied.
