SY HOLDINGS (06069) has announced that the company's Board of Directors was informed by its Chairman, Executive Director, and controlling shareholder, Mr. Tung Chi Fung, that Mr. Tung, through the entity Wisdom Cosmos Limited which he controls, acquired company shares on the open market on March 18, 19, and 23, 2026. The purchases consisted of 250,000 shares, 506,000 shares, and 226,000 shares, respectively, at average prices of HK$10.3236, HK$10.0764, and HK$10.1445 per share, amounting to a total investment of nearly HK$10 million.

Furthermore, Mr. Tung intends to acquire additional company shares on the open market within the 12 months following the date of this announcement. The combined value of this proposed further acquisition and the recent purchases is expected to reach HK$50 million, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Mr. Tung has also voluntarily committed that, for a period of 12 months from the date of this announcement, he will not reduce his direct holdings in the company via Wisdom Cosmos in any manner. As communicated by Mr. Tung, these share purchases, the planned further acquisitions, and the non-disposal commitment are based on his rational assessment of the company's current valuation and his strong confidence in the group's overall development prospects. This includes his high level of endorsement for the company's platformization strategy, international expansion, and entry into new industry sectors.

Since the company's listing, Mr. Tung has never sold any of its shares and has made several share purchase transactions, accumulating over 10 million shares with a total investment exceeding HK$81 million.
