2026年6月15日，长风药业股份有限公司（02652）发布公告，宣布于当日于香港联交所场内回购H股9000股，占当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.003%。回购价格介乎每股18.12港元至18.40港元，合计投入资金约16.44万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为302,223,586股，库存股份数量增至1,390,500股。公司此前于2025年12月16日通过购回授权，授权的最高回购数量为30,222,358股。
公司表示，本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定，并经董事会正式批准。公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书朱玉玉签署。
