CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Completes Paragon Acquisition, Allocates 750 million Singapore dollars from Placement

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) said it has completed the acquisition of Paragon, giving the real estate investment trust a 100 % stake in the freehold property through full ownership of Paragon Trust and Orchard 290.

The trust added that the entire 750 million Singapore dollars raised via a recent private placement has now been used. Of this, 545.5 million Singapore dollars was redeployed to help fund the purchase of Paragon and related costs, while 9.5 million Singapore dollars covered fees and expenses tied to the placement. Including an earlier disbursement, total funds applied to the acquisition amount to 740.5 million Singapore dollars, with 9.5 million Singapore dollars used for transaction expenses.

All proceeds from the private placement have therefore been fully utilised, the trust said in its Jul, 01 2026 filing.
