CALC (01848) announced that on August 27, 2025 (after trading hours), a wholly-owned subsidiary special purpose entity (the seller) entered into an Aircraft Purchase Agreement with an independent third party (the buyer) for the sale of one Airbus A321-200 aircraft. The disposal is expected to be completed on or before November 30, 2025.
