A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on August 13, Chairman Yang Zhenxin acquired an additional 1,600 shares of GLORIOUS SUN (00393) at a price of HKD 1.34 per share, for a total investment of approximately HKD 21,400.
Following this transaction, Mr. Yang's total shareholding in the company now stands at roughly 961 million shares, representing a 64.09% stake in the company.
