ZENERGY (03677) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing was completed on October 24, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placing agreement, the exclusive placing agent successfully placed 45.92 million shares at a price of HKD 10.98 per share to no fewer than six subscribers. The company has net proceeds of approximately HKD 500.4 million from the placement.
