LX Technology buys back 120,000 shares for HK$2.52 million; free float slips 0.03%

LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market share repurchase on 14 July 2026, acquiring 120,000 ordinary shares for HK$2.52 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$20.56 to HK$21.85, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$20.99 per share, and will be held as treasury stock.

Prior to the transaction, LX Technology had 348.57 million issued shares (excluding 4.69 million treasury shares). Following the buyback, the number of issued shares outstanding fell by 0.0344% to 348.45 million, while treasury shares increased to 4.81 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 35.06 million shares. Including the latest transaction, LX Technology has repurchased 2.13 million shares to date under this mandate, equivalent to 0.61% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares runs until 13 August 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and that no material changes have occurred to the explanatory statement filed on 30 April 2026.
