Deep Source Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 2.00 million ordinary shares on 30 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HK$0.51 and HK$0.52 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.515. The total consideration amounted to HK$1.03 million.
Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0135% to 14.77 billion shares, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 14.80 billion. Treasury shares increased to 27.91 million.
The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.48 billion shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 27.91 million shares, equivalent to 0.19% of the issued share base on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Deep Source is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 29 August 2026.
