丰盛控股（股票代码：00607）日前发布公告，拟在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求股东授权，以回购不超过经购回之日已发行股份总数10%的股份。公司董事会认为，该举措有助于提升股东回报并符合公司及全体股东的整体利益。
丰盛控股披露，截至2026年6月2日，公司已发行股份总数为636,763,934股。若回购授权获得通过，丰盛控股最多可回购的股份数约为63,676,393股。公司表示，此次回购将通过合法可用的资金进行，遵循香港上市规则以及开曼群岛适用法律的相关规定。
公告称，过去十二个月内，公司股价期间最高价曾达1.95港元，最低价为0.14港元。公司董事会在公告中指出，购回股份将有助于优化资本结构，提升每股净资产及资本回报，有利于公司长远发展。目前并无具体实施计划，以后将根据市场情况和资金状况适时决定是否买入股份。
丰盛控股将于2026年6月29日（星期一）下午三时在香港金钟召开发行新股份及购回本身股份之股东周年大会。公司亦将于6月24日至6月29日暂停办理股份过户登记，有关股东可根据相关规则及日期安排行使表决权。
