安宁控股有限公司（00128）7月15日发布根据香港《公司收购、合并及股份购回守则》3.7条作出的每月更新公告。公司重申，拟通过招标方式出售旗下「显达土地」、出售金融资产、进行股本削减及股息分派，并计划自愿撤销上市地位及清盘。
公告指出，上述计划的关键前提之一是政府就显达土地涉及的道路刊宪程序完成。目前，该程序仍在进行中，公司正与地政总署紧密合作以加快推进。截至公告日期，政府尚未就道路刊宪通告的发布时间提供进一步信息。
根据收购守则3.7条，安宁控股将继续按月发布更新，直至出现根据收购守则3.5条作出要约的确实意向，或宣布决定不进行要约。
公司再次提醒股东及潜在投资者，拟议交易能否落实及最终完成仍存在不确定性，尤其无法保证必定能寻找到买家完成拟议出售。投资者在买卖公司股份时应保持审慎，并在有需要时寻求专业意见。
