4月17日，移动科技公司Liftoff Mobile Inc向美国证券交易委员会提交首次公开募股申请，计划在纳斯达克交易所挂牌交易，股票代码定为LFTO。
此次IPO的联合主承销商阵容豪华，包括高盛、杰富瑞和摩根士丹利担任联席主账簿管理人。巴克莱银行、加拿大皇家银行资本市场、瑞银投资银行、富国银行证券与威廉布莱尔公司共同担任联席账簿管理人。
承销团还汇聚了Cantor、德意志银行证券、Pjt Partners Inc、Wolfe | Nomura联盟及BTIG等多家知名机构。瑞杰金融与Needham & Company也作为联席账簿管理人参与此次发行。
此外，黑石资本市场、三菱日联金融集团、Stifel、Luma证券及Bancroft Capital等机构位列承销商名单。Cabrera Capital Markets与Drexel Hamilton同样参与本次IPO承销工作，Independence Point Securities和Tigress Financial Partners也作为承销商加入此次发行。
