地平线机器人-W（股票代码：09660）于2026年8月3日发布公告，披露公司根据修订协议向CARIAD发行1,301,763,486股B类普通股。本次发行股份约占公司于2026年6月30日已发行股份总数（14,571,723,185股，包括A类及B类普通股）的8.933%。
