公告显示，上述交易因适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，已构成本公司须予披露交易，需遵守GEM上市规则的相关通知及公告规定。贷款人金石信贷有限公司主要从事放债业务，借款人为一家投资控股公司，其附属公司经营经纪服务、配售及包销服务、企业融资顾问服务、融资服务及资产管理服务。根据公告，其他贷款条款与早前签订的协议保持不变。
