On 21 August 2026, Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Holdings Limited announced that its latest corporate communication—a bilingual circular detailing a major transaction concerning the disposal of a target company—is now available on both the company’s website (www.wyth.net) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform.

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive the hard-copy circular by mail. Those preferring a physical version, or experiencing difficulties accessing the online documents, may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited or by emailing 897-ecom@vistra.com.

The same form also enables shareholders to revise future communication preferences, offering options such as: • Website-only access with postal or email notification. • Printed English version only. • Printed Chinese version only. • Both English and Chinese printed versions.

Change requests can be submitted at any time to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). Enquiries may be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.
