Apex Ace Holding Limited (Apex Ace) issued a positive profit alert indicating that profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to reach between HK$130.00 million and HK$140.00 million, a sharp rise from the HK$10.70 million recorded in the same period of 2025. This implies year-on-year growth of approximately 1,115% to 1,208%.

Management attributes the earnings surge mainly to stronger gross profit driven by improved sales performance amid heightened market demand. The uplift was partly offset by higher distribution and selling expenses, administrative costs and finance charges.

The figures are based on the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to review by the audit committee and the company’s independent auditor. Formal interim results are scheduled for release in late August 2026.

The Board advises shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares until the finalised results are announced.
