宜搜科技(02550)今日盘中大跌5.04%,股价下探至6.43港元。继12月9日因大股东解禁而暴跌34.59%之后,公司股价持续下滑。这意味着创始人汪溪的身家也随之大幅缩水。
外界普遍认为,宜搜科技股价暴跌的主因是一批重要股东在解禁日大举减持。根据报道,宜搜科技于12月9日迎来多批解禁,包括控股股东Growth Value、首次公开招股前投资者、以及其他现有股东,解禁股份合计占公司总股本的近60%。
大批解禁股被抛售,令宜搜科技股价出现单日重挫,甚至一度触及跌停。上市仅数月,公司市值已从高峰时的115亿港元大跌近80%。按照汪溪通过Growth Value持股32.49%计算,他的个人财富最高时一度突破70亿港元,如今也缩水至30亿港元左右。
