CGS Successfully Completes Issuance of RMB 4 Billion Corporate Bonds

CGS, also known as China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 06881), has announced the successful completion of its public offering for the 2026 Short-Term Corporate Bonds (First Tranche).

The issuance, which concluded on June 15, 2026, was conducted under the authorization of shareholders and the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The total issuance size for this tranche is RMB 4 billion, with a par value and issue price of RMB 100 per unit.

These bonds have a term of 191 days and carry a final coupon rate of 1.49%.

The proceeds raised from this bond offering will be allocated towards repaying the company's interest-bearing debt.
