Han’s CNC Releases Inaugural ESG Report, Details 2025 Progress in Governance, Climate and R&D

Shenzhen Han’s CNC Technology Co., Ltd. published its first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, covering the 2025 financial year. The document outlines a governance overhaul, expanded climate metrics and sustained investment in innovation to support the company’s PCB equipment portfolio.

Governance and Risk Control • 2025 saw 10 board meetings, with independent directors representing 37.50 % and women 25 %. • Four specialised committees—Strategy, Audit, Nomination and Remuneration—met a combined 12 times. • A three-tier ESG structure is now in place; all employees and suppliers have signed integrity pledges, and no corruption or unfair-competition cases were recorded.

Financial and R&D Indicators • Revenue reached RMB 57.73 billion, while net profit attributable to shareholders totalled RMB 1.95 billion. • R&D expenditure hit RMB 457.54 million, or 7.93 % of revenue, supporting 37 major projects and 512 patent applications (33.4 % inventions). • The workforce numbered 3,570, with R&D staff accounting for 25.43 %.

Environmental Performance • Scopes 1–3 greenhouse-gas emissions were 165,493.15 tCO₂e; Scope 2 power purchases contributed 163,133.82 tCO₂e. • Total energy consumption stood at 39,697.14 tce; electricity intensity was 0.53 MWh per RMB 10,000 of output. • Water use reached 72,206.53 tons, equal to 0.13 tons per RMB 10,000 of revenue. • Environmental capex was RMB 2.64 million, with 100 % compliance on wastewater, air emissions and waste disposal. • Waste recycling totalled 382.95 tons, or 10.36 % of total waste generated.

Product Quality and Supply Chain • Delivery pass rate was 94.46 % with zero recalls or customer-privacy breaches. • The approved supplier base numbered 1,319, of which 98.03 % held sustainability-related certifications; local suppliers accounted for 72 % of the total.

Human Capital and Safety • Average training time reached 5.22 hours per employee; safety training coverage was 100 %. • The year recorded two work-related injuries, zero fatalities and a work-injury rate of 0.0036 % per million working hours.

Community and Rural Revitalisation • Investment of RMB 12.82 million supported rural projects in Xinfeng County, creating about 500 jobs and benefiting 600 residents. • Total charitable spending since 2023 stands at RMB 3.18 million.

Management states that ESG targets now anchor strategic planning, with further commitments to tighten carbon-management, advance green R&D and expand employee programmes in the next planning cycle.
