China Fortune (00110) announced that on March 31, 2026, the company plans to allot and issue a total of 25 million subscription shares to subscribers, including China Dingli Capital Holdings Group Company Limited, Mr. Chen Wei, Mr. Zeng Zhaoming, Mr. Lei Yongjia, and Mr. Liao Jianjun. The subscription shares represent approximately 9.86% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and about 8.97% of the enlarged issued share capital following the issuance of all subscription shares. The subscription price is HK$0.26 per share, representing a premium of approximately 33.33% over the closing price of HK$0.195 on March 31. Assuming all subscription shares are fully subscribed, the gross proceeds from the subscription will amount to HK$6.5 million. The net proceeds are expected to be approximately HK$6.46 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for the group's general working capital purposes.
