MEXAN Holdings (00022) has announced that Hong Kong ShineWing Taihe CPA Limited has resigned as its auditor, effective October 22, 2025. The board, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, has decided to appoint F. R. Marzoo & Co. as the new auditor to fill the interim vacancy following the resignation of ShineWing Taihe, with their tenure lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
