国银金融租赁(1606)公布，于2026年2月27日（交易时段后）与喀什兆恒清洁能源有限公司签订一份融资租赁合同。根据该合同，国银金融租赁将以14亿元人民币的对价向承租人购入位于新疆维吾尔自治区的水电站发电设备，并随后将该设备出租给承租人，租期300个月。
公告显示，该水电站发电设备经内部评估流程后确认价值约16.04亿元人民币。租金包括14亿元人民币的租赁本金和约7.18亿元人民币的租赁利息，以季度方式分期偿付。深圳市兆恒实业有限公司对本次承租人的相关债务提供连带责任保证。
由于本次交易的相关百分比率高于5%但低于25%，根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第14章规定，本次交易构成须予披露交易，须遵守申报及公告要求，但豁免寄发通函及股东批准。国银金融租赁方面表示，与喀什兆恒清洁能源签订上述协议有助于扩大融资租赁业务收入，符合其业务发展策略。
