12月19日，天安卓健有限公司（00383）公告称，当日已注销1,365,000股此前回购股份，约占注销前公司已发行股本的0.1261%。注销完成后，公司已发行股本由1,082,340,457股降至1,080,975,457股，库藏股数保持为0股。
公告显示，公司于12月17日与12月19日分别额外回购40,000股与80,000股股份，回购价均为每股1.03港元，涉资合计约123,600港元，相关股份尚未注销。公司回购授权于2025年5月19日获得通过，授权总数为108,315,045股，目前已合计回购2,295,000股，占授权时已发行股本的0.2119%。
公司同时确认，本次股份回购及注销均已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法规。上述公告由公司秘书薛宝铃签署。
