大成国际控股有限公司（要约人）与天任集团控股有限公司（本公司，股份代号：1429）于2026年2月13日联合公布，已向天任集团控股有限公司的独立股东寄发载有强制性无条件现金要约相关信息的综合文件，包括要约人财务顾问函件、董事会函件、独立董事委员会建议函件及独立财务顾问意见函件。公告称，香港交易及结算所有限公司及香港联合交易所有限公司对本联合公告的内容概不负责，也不会就内容的准确性或完整性作出任何声明或承担任何损失责任。
根据公告，要约自2026年2月13日起开放接纳，接纳期限截至2026年3月6日（星期五）下午四时正，除非要约人根据收购守则修订或延长该要约。当日截止前将联合刊发要约结果公告，最迟于当日晚上七时正前公布。对于在有效接纳内的独立股东，应付的现金代价预计于2026年3月17日前寄发。
