XINGFA ALUM (00098) announced that on February 5, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd., successfully issued the first tranche of medium-term notes for the year 2026. The issuance amounted to CNY 300 million, carrying a coupon rate of 2.13% and a maturity period of three years.
