Sitoy Group Records Stable Share Capital in March 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Sitoy Group Holdings Limited reported that its authorised share capital remained unchanged at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, leaving total authorised capital at HKD 300.00 million as of 31 March 2026.

Issued share capital also stayed flat: 965.43 million ordinary shares were outstanding at month-end, with no treasury shares on record. Consequently, the total number of issued shares continued to stand at 965.43 million, identical to the previous month’s level.

The company confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25 % for the class of shares during the reporting period.

No movements occurred under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles or other share-issuance agreements throughout March, and no activity was reported in Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

Corporate compliance was reconfirmed by the Company Secretary, Wong Yu Kit, covering receipt of proceeds, fulfilment of listing conditions, statutory filings and identical rights across all issued shares.
