高视医疗（于开曼群岛注册成立的有限公司）截至2026年4月30日的法定股本为500,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.0001美元，注册股本合计50,000美元，与上月保持一致。已发行股份(不含库存股)为147,887,869股，总数同为147,887,869股，数量未发生变化。
从报告内容来看，4月期间未发生股份购买、回购或注销情况，也无新增派发或行使的股份期权及认股权证。公司再次确认，已达到适用的公众持股量要求，并在本月就任何证券发行或库存股份转让方面遵守了香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
