该笔贷款采用浮动利率机制，签约时年化利率约为5.4%，未设置固定还款期限。但协议要求借款人必须维持健康系数高于1.0的水平，否则将面临清算风险。公司披露，本次融资将专项用于增持ETH资产，旨在强化其节点运营（NodeOps）业务布局。
截至2025年7月14日财报数据显示，BTCS持有的ETH资产估值已达9620万美元，推动其加密货币与现金储备总值突破1.006亿美元大关。此次战略举债标志着该公司持续加码ETH生态建设的资金配置策略。
