BG BLUE SKY (06828) announced that on September 8, 2025, the company has accepted the terms and conditions of a financing letter issued by a bank. Under this arrangement, the bank will grant a non-committed revolving loan facility of up to HK$200 million or equivalent amount in Renminbi or US dollars. Each loan under the facility must be fully repaid on the last day of the corresponding 1-month or 3-month interest period, or any other interest period selected by the company and the bank. No interest period shall exceed 12 months from the date of the first drawdown.
