Transcenta Holding Limited has announced two corporate identity updates aimed at sharpening its biopharmaceutical positioning.

Effective 13 April 2026 at 9:00 a.m., the Company’s Chinese stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from “創勝集團-B” to “創勝集團醫藥-B”. The English stock short name, company name, and stock code (06628) remain unchanged.

The Board stated that the revised short name better reflects the Group’s strategic focus on biopharmaceuticals, underpinned by three proprietary platforms—IMTB for drug discovery, HiCB for CMC development and GMP manufacturing, and SEAR for site-specific antibody radiopharmaceuticals. Current lead assets include osemitamab (TST001) for solid tumors and blosozumab (TST002) for osteoporosis.

Separately, a new corporate logo will be adopted from 8 April 2026. The refreshed branding will appear on all corporate materials and new share certificates issued after that date, while existing certificates bearing the former logo will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery.

The Company emphasized that these changes will not affect shareholders’ rights, day-to-day operations, or the Group’s financial position.
