2026年8月26日，中国旺旺控股有限公司（股票代码：00151）发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股3,000,000股，约占此前已发行股本的0.0255%，每股购回价介乎港币3.305元至3.375元，总金额约1002.11万港元。
公告同时披露，自2026年8月17日至8月26日期间，公司累计回购股份21,630,000股，涉资约7101.15万港元，上述购回的股份尚未注销。截至2026年8月26日收市，公司已发行股本仍为11,752,353,135股，暂未持有库藏股。
公司购回授权已于2026年8月25日获股东大会通过，可回购股份的总数为1,173,692,313股。根据相关上市规则规定，本次回购后，公司将于2026年9月25日前暂缓发行新股或处置库藏股。公司于公告中确认，此次回购行为符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规。
