绿色能源科技集团有限公司（00979）9月17日发布盈利警告称，依据截至2026年6月30日止年度的未经审核综合管理账目初步结果，预计本公司拥有人应占亏损约为11,000,000港元至14,000,000港元。相较于截至2025年6月30日止年度约16,000,000港元的亏损，亏损幅度有所收窄。
董事会表示，亏损收窄主要原因包括： 1）废食油市场价格上升，带动可再生能源业务分部于2026财年毛利率提升； 2）德国加工厂自2025年8月暂停运营，塑胶回收业务的营运亏损减少； 3）新开展的人工智能芯片贸易业务在2026财年实现营业利润。
公司指出，目前仍在落实2026财年综合业绩，上述数据尚未经过审核委员会及独立核数师的审阅，最终业绩或与本次披露数据存在差异。按计划，公司将于2026年9月下旬公布全年业绩。
