CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (CKH Holdings) has issued a Reply Form detailing updated procedures for shareholders to receive future corporate communications.

• Communication Channels: 1) QR Code Submission – Scanning the personalised QR code enables shareholders to register an email address for electronic delivery of “Actionable Corporate Communications”. No physical form is required if this option is chosen. 2) Written Email Registration – Shareholders may provide an email address manually by returning the completed form. 3) Printed Copy Request – Shareholders may opt for hard-copy English, Chinese or bilingual versions. This request remains valid for one year unless revoked in writing.

• Administrative Notes: – If multiple email addresses are supplied, only the most recent will be recorded. – Printed copies will be sent if the registered email address is found to be non-functional. – Joint holders must ensure the form is signed by the first-named shareholder on the register; unsigned or incorrectly completed forms will be void. – Shareholders choosing printed copies will not receive electronic versions even if an email has been provided.

• Deadlines and Documentation: – The Reply Form references the original notification on 25 March 2024 and a reminder dated 20 April 2026. – No postage is required for returns mailed within Hong Kong; shareholders should affix the supplied mailing label to the envelope.

• Data Privacy: Personal data collected will be used solely for communication arrangements and may be transferred to the company’s share registrars or service providers for verification and record-keeping in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

The company highlights that timely email registration will streamline the delivery of reports, circulars and other actionable documents, supporting more efficient shareholder engagement while reducing paper consumption.
