CARRIANNA (00126) has announced that on February 13, 2026, its directly wholly-owned subsidiary, Carrianna Property Development Limited, intends to sell 100% of the equity in Profit Share Investments Limited to Silver Chaser Holdings Limited for a consideration of HK$45 million. As of the date of this announcement, the sole asset of the target company is an indirect attributable interest of approximately 4.62% in an invested group. The announcement stated that the disposal provides the Group with an opportunity to realize its investment in the target company and reallocate financial resources for future development.
