根据公告，回购后公司于2025年11月26日的已发行股本总数仍为1,319,472,897股，暂未持有库藏股。公司股票回购授权通过日期为2025年5月28日，授予回购上限为131,947,289股。公告同时确认，本次股份购回均已严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
