SYNERTONE (HKEX: 01613) has announced a change in its corporate appointments.
Mr. Shi Xiaolun has tendered his resignation from the roles of company secretary and authorized representative.
Mr. Liao Zijie has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative, effective from July 3, 2026.
