Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited reported via a Next Day Disclosure Return that it bought back 39,500 ordinary shares on 2 July 2026 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchases were executed at prices ranging between HKD 2.57 and HKD 2.5849 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.10 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 1.69 million shares between 11 June and 2 July 2026, representing 3.08% of the 54.87 million shares authorised under the buy-back mandate approved on 15 May 2026. All repurchased shares—aggregating 1.69 million—are intended for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of 2 July 2026.
Despite the consecutive repurchases, Zhaoke Ophthalmology’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 548.75 million ordinary shares as of the reporting date because the acquired shares were still pending cancellation. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 1 August 2026.
