Directel Reports Stable Share Capital Structure and Confirms Public Float Compliance for June 2026

Directel Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stands at HKD 100.00 million, represented by 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20 each. No increase or decrease in authorised shares was recorded.

Issued share capital also stayed flat, with 244.88 million ordinary shares in issue and no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, the total issued share count remained 244.88 million.

Directel affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued shares in public hands as of 30 June 2026.

The filing notes that there were no share option exercises, warrant issues, convertible securities conversions, or other equity-related movements during the month.

The monthly return was filed on 3 July 2026 by Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as the company’s branch share registrar.
