Shandong Molong will convene its 2026 annual general meeting on 30 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Shouguang, Shandong Province. Holders of H-shares recorded at close of business on the meeting date are eligible to vote; the H-share register will be closed from 25 June to 30 June 2026.

Key agenda items

1. Financial Reporting • Shareholders will review the board report, the 2025 annual report and its abstract, and the 2025 profit-distribution plan.

2. Liquidity and Capital Structure • Directors request authorisation for an integrated banking credit facility of up to RMB4.00 billion for 2026. • Approval is also sought to deploy idle internal funds for cash-management purposes. • A special resolution would grant the board a general mandate to issue, allot or deal with additional H-shares— including any sale or transfer of treasury shares—up to 20 % of the total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as at the approval date.

3. Governance and Risk Management • Proposals include the 2026 remuneration plan for directors and senior management, a new remuneration-management system, and the purchase of liability insurance for directors and senior executives. • Shareholders will vote on re-appointing Grant Thornton Zhitong Certified Public Accountants LLP as auditor for the 2026 financial year. • One resolution addresses uncovered losses that exceed one-third of paid-up share capital, signalling the board’s intent to manage accumulated deficits.

Logistics Proxy forms and supporting authorisations must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited in Hong Kong no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Each H-shareholder may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote. The meeting is expected to last approximately one hour; shareholders will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.
