2026年7月7日，江西铜业股份有限公司（00358）发布公告称，公司董事会于当天收到执行董事郑高清的书面辞任函。由于达到法定退休年龄，郑高清已辞去董事长、执行董事、提名委员会主席及环境、社会及管治发展委员会主席等职务，并不再担任公司任何职务。
公告明确，郑高清的辞任自送达董事会之日起生效。公司表示，上述变动不会影响日常经营活动，亦不会导致董事会人数低于法定要求。
根据《中华人民共和国公司法》和《江西铜业股份有限公司章程》，公司将尽快完成董事补选工作。郑高清确认，其与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他需要提请股东或香港联合交易所有限公司关注的事项。
截至公告日，公司执行董事为周少兵、高建民、梁青及喻旻昕；职工董事为缪圣纲；独立非执行董事为王丰、赖丹、刘淑英及刘志宏。
