Kato (HK) Holdings Limited disclosed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Key highlights:

• Authorised share capital remained at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 30.00 million.

• Issued share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares – all of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 02189 – was unchanged at 1.00 billion.

• Kato (HK) affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 30 April 2026.

• Under the May 2019 Share Option Scheme (exercise price: HKD 0.60), 60.00 million options were outstanding at month-end, matching the prior-month total. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred. The scheme still allows up to 40.00 million additional shares to be granted.

• The filing reports no outstanding warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements, and records no share repurchases, cancellations, or new treasury shares for the month.

The return was authorised and submitted by Company Secretary Mr Kwok Chi Kan on 4 May 2026, with confirmation that all regulatory and listing requirements have been met.
