Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, all conditions precedent for the subscription matters were satisfied on January 2, 2026, and the subscription matters were completed on January 6, 2026.
In accordance with the subscription agreement, the company has, as of the date of this announcement, allotted and issued 524 million subscription shares to the subscriber(s) under the general mandate at a subscription price of HK$0.55 per share, representing approximately 14.68% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares.
