中远海控(01919)于2026年3月24日公告显示，公司在香港联交所于2026年3月23日及3月24日先后回购H股73万股及220万股，分别占公司已发行股份的0.0265%和0.0798%。其中，3月23日回购价为每股14.99港元，3月24日回购价介乎每股15.01港元至15.36港元，两日合计回购股数约293万股，涉资约4441.74万港元。
公告称，上述回购暂未注销，变动后公司已发行股本仍为2,756,479,500股，库存股数量则保持为0股。回购授权于2025年5月28日获股东会通过，总额度为287,981,950股。截至本次公告，公司已回购2,930,000股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数的0.102%。
