2026年7月28日，天鸽互动（01980）在香港联交所披露，基于公司回购授权计划，于2026年7月28日于场内回购普通股280,000股，每股回购价格为0.63港元，合计耗资约17.64万港元。本次回购股份占公司于本次回购前总已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.02528%。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份由2026年7月27日的1,107,730,162股减少至1,107,450,162股，库藏股数量由1,660,000股增至1,940,000股。截至公告日，公司已累计回购股份1,940,000股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数约0.17487%。该回购授权于2026年5月29日获得批准，授权回购股份总数为110,939,016股。
公告显示，公司确认本次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，并已获得董事会正式授权。上述事项由联席公司秘书陈秀签署说明。
