CHINA BAOLI TEC (00164) announced that on November 7, 2025, in accordance with the share option scheme adopted on September 30, 2025, the company granted options to certain executive directors and employees of the group. The options entitle the grantees to subscribe for a total of 23.19 million new ordinary shares with a nominal value of HK$0.01 each, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
