美力时集团有限公司宣布，将于即将召开的股东大会上寻求股份购回授权，最高可回购不超过已发行股本的10%。根据公告透露，公司截至最后可行日期已发行股份总数约7.56亿股，若期间股本保持不变，此次购回上限约为7,562万股。
公告显示，购回所需资金将来自本公司可合法动用的资金，并依据百慕达公司法及香港上市规则进行。董事会认为，此举有助于提升股东回报，亦可优化资本结构，不会对公司的营运资金及资本负债比率造成重大不良影响。
过去十二个月内，美力时集团股份于香港联交所的最高价曾达0.89港元（2025年6月），最低价约为0.345港元（2026年2月）。公司强调，董事会目前并无计划为特定目的行使回购，但将在有需要且符合公司及股东整体利益时考虑适时行动。
公司指出，若购回授权获准，授权期限将持续至下届股东周年大会结束、或该授权遭股东撤销及修订之日止。根据公告，股东周年大会计划于2026年5月22日下午举行，股份过户登记处将于5月15日至5月22日期间暂停办理过户手续。
