基本每股收益录得1.66元，较上年同期的0.39元增长325.64%；加权平均净资产收益率上升至23.27%，较上年同期提高17.04个百分点。
截至2026年6月30日，公司总资产达到64.61亿元，较上一年度末增长42.36%；归属于上市公司股东的净资产为31.23亿元，较上一年度末增加17.93%。
经营层面，期内经营活动产生的现金流量净额为-0.45亿元，同比减少54.69%。报告期末普通股股东总数为30,204户。
公司董事会审议通过利润分配预案：以4.24亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利10元（含税），不送红股且不以公积金转增股本。
值得一提的是，鼎泰高科已于2026年7月9日成功在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市。
