Tenfu Announces Latest Share Buyback; 2,000 Shares Acquired on 4 May 2026 at HKD 2.87 Each

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported a minor adjustment to its share capital following a repurchase of 2,000 ordinary shares on 4 May 2026. The transaction was executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 2.87 per share, bringing the total consideration to HKD 5,740.

Key figures from the Next Day Disclosure Return: • Issued share capital: The company’s issued shares remained unchanged at 1,082.95 million as of 4 May 2026. • Treasury shares: No treasury shares were held; all repurchased shares are scheduled for cancellation. • Cumulative buybacks under the current mandate: 762,000 shares, equivalent to 0.07 % of the 1,082.96 million shares approved for repurchase at the 9 May 2025 annual general meeting. • Authorised repurchase limit: 108.38 million shares under the existing mandate. • Moratorium: In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares until 3 June 2026, being 30 days after the latest repurchase.

Pending Cancellations Since 29 December 2025, Tenfu has bought back an aggregate 109,000 shares across 41 on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 2.50 to HKD 2.95 per share. These shares have not yet been cancelled and will reduce the share count once cancellation is effected.

Regulatory Compliance The board confirmed that all repurchases were conducted in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board rules and applicable legal requirements, and that funds for the buybacks have been fully settled.
